Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 medium apples, peeled, and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Whisk together the milk and eggs in a bowl, then add the flour.
2. Pour melted margarine in an 8" cast iron skillet.
3. Pour the flour mixture into the skillet.
4. Place sliced apples on top of mixture.
5. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
6. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.

These dutch apple pancakes have my mouth watering. And the tablesetting is divine. I just love yellow roses.
