Jane, I'm so sorry to read that your sweet Dad has passed away & so close to Christmas, too. My deepest sympathies, Hon.
Your photo tribute to him is wonderful & he looks like he was a fun guy to be around.

I am so very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing.
It doesn't matter under what circumstances, you are
never quite prepared for it when
it comes.
Even though I haven't been home, I've been watching your blog and my heart is heavy for you tonight.
We are going to be with my Father-in-law tomorrow when he is removed from life support and it's just heartbreaking.
I know this is especially hard for you at this time of year.
Your tribute to your dad was so beautiful. You could see and feel
that he was happy and knew he was loved by his family.
I'm so thankful you have your faith to sustain you during this difficult time.
My heart goes out to you and your family.
